These Courses can last from just a few days to more than a week and are totally free for teachers in every country of Europe.  You can find a list of Courses on the Website of your own National Agency and there is a catalogue of available Courses on-line at:

If your National Agency approves your Application, you will receive a Grant, which will cover the cost of your travel, your accommodation and meals, etc., and also the cost of Tuition Fees and Expenses of the Course itself.  You should return a ‘changed’ person with so many new skills and enthusiasms.

The Courses I have been involved with have been aimed at teachers wishing to take part in the ‘Comenius’ programme, to meet new partners and to develop ideas together over a period of a week.
